  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment in real time.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package is overdue, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For safety and quality reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.

  • Contact our support team with your order number. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

  • Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear.
